When our lottery information becomes available for your state or province it will be posted and made available for customers purchasing online as a email document. The date posted is the start date for the pick-3 numbers these numbers is good for thirty days. The date posted for the pick-4 numbers are the start date for that month and they are good for ninety days. |

We are not responsible if the numbers posted to the file comes out before you received or choose to purchase the information. This is one of the reasons why we suggest our customers sign up to be notified when our lottery information becomes available. |

As a reminder our lottery information for pick-3 numbers is based on a 30-day cycle, all pick-4 numbers are based on a 90 days even though we posted new numbers during the month for each month. Lottery information posted for customers purchasing online is the same information that will be email to customers paying by check or money order. The different with online payment is the file with our lottery information will be email within a 24 hrs period once payment transaction has been confirmed. |

Payments made by check or money order customers have a waiting period before the information your order is emailed to your email address. The process time depends on the time of delivery from the postal service, and the time it takes for your payment to clear before the lottery information can be email to the customer. |

We are not responsible for undelivered email it's up to the customers to ensure that your email account is active. If unable to deliver by email and a written request has been made by the customer. The lottery information can be printed and mailed to billing address and you will be responsible for the postage. If a customers no longer has access to electronic email and would prefer their lottery information to be sent by United States postal service please enclose a stamped self address envelope also, keep in mind this method of mailing will delay you in getting your purchase in a timely manner. |
